New Star Distributor will be awarded on Dubai International Tour and Recognition
- New 1 Star Distributor : 1 account or store
- New 2 Stars Distributor : 2 accounts or stores
- Must Qualify as Star Distributor for next four-week period after becoming a Star Distributor (in another words, the star is qualified to receive star rewards twice)

1. Promotion calculation is only from Philippine network.
2. This promotion is ONLY valid from March 22, 2011 8:01 pm thru May 17, 2011 at 7:59 pm Manila time.
3. All Philippine ISO participating in this promotion with existing network are not included in the calculation of the promotion.
4. For calculation purposes during this promotion, ONLY new stores activated during the promotion period will be included in the calculation.
5. Official promotion calculation is ONLY on Tuesdays at 8:00pm Manila time.
6. Promotion is only valid in the country of the Philippines.
