A.     Administrative Office hours:

        1.     Monday to Friday            9:00am to 6:00pm
        2.     Saturday                        9:00am to 2:00pm

B.     Operations including Seminar Rooms availability

        1.     Monday to Friday            9:00am to 9:00pm
        2.     Saturday                        9:00am to 6:00pm


C.     Opportunity and Product Presentation (OPP) schedule

       1.     Monday to Friday             4:00pm to 6:00pm
                                                     6:00pm to 8:00pm

       2.     Saturday                         1:00pm to 3:00pm
                                                     3:00pm to 5:00pm
                                                     5:00pm to 7:00pm


D.     Product Information and Health forum

        Every first and third Wednesdays of each month at 2:00pm to 4:00pm


E.     Systems Training (website navigation, registration, back office and other related information)

        Every second and fourth Thursdays of each month at 2:00pm to 4:00pm


F.     Guidelines for the use of the Seminar/Learning Rooms are available in the office.

G.     Commission checks are now distributed every Tuesdays after 1:00pm. Commissions are distributed in several ways:

            1.     Cash (must be physically present to claim)
            2.     Checks (in pesos currency)
                        a.     Pick up (must be physically present or with authorized person)
                        b.     Mail-in (updated address and telephone number is required)
            3.     Cash card (Banco De Oro /BDO only)
                    To obtain a BDO cash card, visit your nearest BDO branch. One (1) valid identification is required to obtain a cash card for P120.00
                    Please provide your BDO cash card information to the office to facilitate commission loading. Cash card loading is available effective July 1, 2010.
