If you are a “Spring in Manila,” please carefully read the following information

The regular estimated schedule will be as follows:
Departure Date: May 26th. (LAX), Return Date: June 2nd (Manila)
1.    *Please book your airline ticket and submit the “Replacement Form” for reimbursement. from Janet (ext 102) or Lily (ext 202).
2.    For members who would like to give his or her Manila Trip to someone else, please call Janet or Lily for a “ Trip Transfer Form”
3.    If you are residing in another state other than California, please contact Lily or Janet at 323-888-6000 x202 or 102 for more details.

This applys to all members who are in Manila trip
1.    Please fax the first page of your valid passport to 323-888-6009 and write a call back phone number on the copy.



*Note if you where planing to leave with the group but did not submit your information by the deadline Friday, May 7th you will now be responsible for booking your own ticket. However FKC will still take care of the hotel, meals and the tour. Please be sure you fill out a “Replacement Form” which states that you will be responsible for booking your own flight. After you have booked your ticket, fax invoice to FKC for up to $1,000.00 refund.

For Members who did not sign up for Spring in Manila, if you would like to join the  FKC Convention & Tour in Manila(Manila time May 28th----June 2nd), please call the FKC HQ at 323-888-6000 ext 102 or 202 NO LATER THAN THIS FRIDAY (May. 14th). For only $650, you too can enjoy a nice hotel, attend the FKC Convention and share great tours and adventures.

Note: You must provide your airfare.
