No.  FKC processes all orders from your website, tracks and handles the shipping, and handles all customer service.  You can see the names of customers and view the Point Values of their purchases in your back office.

There is no monthly membership fee.  If your store or stores are not earning money for you there are no monthly purchase requirements.  
However, if your store is making money, you will need to personally purchase one product (min of 30 PV) every 4 weeks to keep it active and accumulating the PV from the purchases within your business and website.  This is good to keep members, who are making money, committed to using and trying the health products for personal testimonials as well as improving the health of members.

Note:  If you purchase 3 stores at one time, also called a “Super Store” (costing about $750 worth of FKC product), there are many earning advantages.  See Member Rewards for more details.  If you have an active super store, earning money each week from each of the 3 stores, you would only have to personally purchase a total of 60PV worth of product every 4 weeks from yourself (within your back office).
Also, if you see that you have a credit of PV in your back office, you can convert that PV into a purchase of a product to satisfy your 4 week purchase or you will automatically be sent a check.

If you are web-savvy, you might link your FKC URL (example: http://www.FKCN.com/your customer ID) with a unique URL (Example: www.abc.com).  This way when you put it on your business cards or tell someone it is easier to remember.
